Minimum Catering Order
Catering packages are available for a minimum of 5 people.

Agreement & Deposit
Parties less than 40 people
To confirm your catering needs a deposit equal to 50% of the catering package along with a signed agreement is required a minimum of 3 days prior to event date.

Parties greater than 40 people
To confirm your catering needs a deposit equal to 50% of the catering package along with a signed agreement is required a minimum of 7 days prior to event date. Complimentary consultation is required to confirm catering needs. Restaurant buyouts are available.

Guarantees
Food and beverage catering requests are guaranteed to be available on target date/time. If for any reason we do not accomplish this, a refund of the full deposit amount will be issued.

Sales Tax & Delivery Charge
All food and beverages are subject to an 8.25% sales tax. Delivery is free of charge within a 15 mile radius. Mileage will be charged at a rate of $.75/mile for parties located outside the 15 mile radius. Gratuity is not required, but well appreciated.

Cancellations
Parties less than 40 people
We require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice to cancel a catering order for a full deposit amount refund. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellation requests made less than 1 day before target date/time.

Parties greater than 40 people
We require a minimum of 1 week advance notice to cancel a catering order for a full deposit amount refund. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellation requests made less than 1 week before target date/time.

Dietary Needs/Special Requests
For any catering package modifications, please note your requests on the comments section of the catering order sheet before faxing. We will inform you of our ability to accommodate your request in a timely manner.

Utensils
Plates, napkins, utensils and serving trays will be provided free of charge. Both disposable and non-disposable items are available.

Menu Item Tasting
Parties greater than 40 people
A tasting of select menu items is offered at $20 per couple. If a catering order is made, the $20 charge will be subtracted from the required deposit amount.

Banquet Servers & Bartenders
Parties greater than 40 people
Professional banquet servers are available for food and beverage setup, serving and cleanup at a rate of $50.00 per hour (minimum of 2 hours). Professional bartenders are available at a rate of $75.00 per hour (minimum of 2 hours).
